Newburgh Open Studios goes beyond the traditional art show by fostering a greater understanding of the artistic process by providing the public with an opportunity to enter the world of the visual artist and experience how, why, and where art is created. NOS is geared toward artists with an established studio practice.

NOS will continue the tradition of presenting the Fall tour on the final weekend of September. Newburgh OPEN Studios is dedicated to co-founder and organizer extraordinaire, the late Gerardo Castro.”

Newburgh Art Supply invites our creative community to participate in Newburgh Open Studios. NOS is a great opportunity to visit artists in their studios, see their work, and get a behind-the-scenes glimpse into their working processes. In addition to open studios, there are pop up galleries, group shows and an outdoor sculpture show at Glenlily Grounds.
